List of any poultry industry projects you’re working on and your role: I am the Principal Investigator for ATRP’s worker safety research project, in which technologies are developed to help poultry processing plants reduce the risk of injury

What I find most rewarding about working on poultry industry projects: I grew up raising chickens, so it is interesting and fun to be able to contribute to modern poultry production and processing techniques

A talent I wish I had: Ability to sell ice cream to an Eskimo

Another occupation I’d like to try: Travel writer
